DPD/Parcel Force Delivery

We cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries when DPD/Parcel Force have uploaded proof of attempted delivery. Due to the nature of our parcels and their perishable and date sensitive nature, we attach a large 'must be delivered today' sticker to each box/parcel. This sticker details the driver is authorised to leave parcels in a 'safe place' in the event they are unable to deliver for whatever reason to the recipient.

DPD/Parcel Force will upload photographic proof of delivery and GPS details for our use.

DPD/Parcel Force will automatically reattempt delivery once on the service you have paid for. For example, if it is a 'weekday' service they will reattempt Monday-Fridays only. On some occasions, Parcel Force will leave your parcel at a local post office if they cannot deliver or leave in a safe place.

Refunds cannot be requested for missed or failed deliveries. 

A common mistake is where postcodes are inputted incorrectly by customers when ordering. Please check this is correct, otherwise, there will be an additional fee to pay to change the address, and delivery will be delayed by a minimum of 24 hours. DPD/Parcel Force cannot redeliver on the same day to a different postcode.

 

Collection

Collection from Candy's Cupcakes is available on weekdays 2pm to 4pm. Failure to collect between these times will mean your order will be kept and available for collection on the next working day.

 

Discount Codes

All discount codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs.

The discount code must be entered into the Discount Code field on the Checkout page and the applied discount will be deducted from the order.

Unless stated, discount codes cannot be combined and only one discount code can be applied to any order.  

Discount codes only apply to products on the online shop and may not be applied to bespoke orders and telephone orders.

Discount codes cannot be applied to past orders and cannot be backdated or redeemed for cash.

Discount codes can be amended or withdrawn at any time.

  

Candy Coin Reward Programme

Our Candy Coin reward programme has been designed to give our customers something back. It's our way of saying thank you for your business and recommendations. The programme is provided in good faith and we know the vast majority of customers will use it appropriately. Any abuse of the programme affects the service for everyone and we will act swiftly and decisively to remove and ban anyone found abusing the programme or not using it in the spirit it was designed for. We ask that you please read the below terms and conditions below carefully before placing your first order or recommending us. Thank you.

1. Every customer has to sign up to join the Candy Coin reward programme.
2. Only one Candy Coin account is allowed per customer
3. Only one Candy Coin account is allowed per billing address
4. Candy Coin Referral Codes only become valid once the owner of the code places their first order.
5. Only one redemption can be made per transaction
6. Candy Coin redemption transactions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts codes
7. Candy Coin is not available when ordering over the phone
8. Recommendations cannot be made for people living in the same household
9. Any activity that contravenes these terms and conditions will result in the closure of all related accounts and the deletion of all Candy Coin Rewards
10. We reserve the right to withdraw this programme at any time without prior notice
11. We may add or remove new ways of earning Candy Coin from time to time. Any new ways will be communicated through the usual Candy Coin marketing channels
12. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this programme without prior notice
13. Candy Coin are non-transferable and have no cash value
14. Free shipping coupon applies to our standard delivery service only

 

Prize Draw Competition T&C’s 

1. Share photos of your Candy's Cupcakes order on Instagram using the @candys_cupcakes name tag.
2. Shared images will be shared on Candy's Cupcakes social media (Instagram stories).
3. The prize draw and competitions are free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
4. One winner will be chosen at random on the 1st day of each month. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer program.
5. The winner will be notified by Instagram message, if you do not claim the prize within the month of winning, the prize will be forfeited.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted.
7. The free box of 12 cupcakes is any variety of your choice from the online shop. www.candyscupcakes.co.uk.
8. The cupcakes must be redeemed within the month of winning.
9. The cupcakes cannot be applied to past orders and cannot be backdated or redeemed for cash.
10. Cupcakes can be added to a current order being placed within the month of winning.
11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
12. Candy's Cupcakes reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to.
